Appointments
Individual Consultations are conducted on an appointment basis. You may either come by the office
(Fretwell 330) to schedule an appointment or call (704-687-2162).
Whether you come by or call, you will be asked to fill out an intake form so that the graduate student
will be more prepared for your specific needs. These form are kept confidential and will not be shared
with any third party. The from is available for download in pdf format (A pdf reader such as Adobe Acrobat
is required).
